Hey there! I’m Kelsey, the maker behind Mitchell Made Co., and I want you to love your custom rug. Every piece I make is handcrafted and made to order, which means I put a lot of time and detail into each one. Because of that, all sales are final. 

• All custom rugs are non-refundable and non-returnable once I’ve started working on them.

• Before I begin, I’ll confirm the design, size, and price with you. Please double-check everything and make sure it’s exactly what you want!

• If your rug shows up damaged or something doesn’t look right, please reach out within 3 days of delivery.
